Feature Description

Handle the template for https://huggingface.co/bartowski/PrimeIntellect_INTELLECT-3-GGUF

Basically it's Qwen3 Coder syntax with thinking.

Motivation

A very strong local post-trained model with tool-calling and reasoning.
