Unused Nodes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, I cannot see unused nodes in my cluster. I have a use case where I want to monitor nodes running but no pods are scheduled on them and such nodes incur cost to us.

Get the nodes whihc are unused in the cluster.
