Users configuration does not save after restart

Hello,

my gitblit server is using ldap. After a restart of gitblit all my user settings (language, permissions, and so on...) of my ldap account are resettet. I can see, that when I set these settings they got written in the users.conf. But when I restart the server (with the cmd file "gitblit-stop.cmd" or with ctrl+C in the current cmd) all settings are resettet.

Using Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter with Gitblit v1.8.0 (Java 8 Update 72)
