It would be nice to have a separate article about Git Hooks. Because after adding config-based hooks, it should be more user-friendly.

@rakleed Is this a request for the docs team to write something, or an open source proposal? I'm checking to see if it's something we want to document at all, but there's a question of what kind of resources we would have to devote to it if it were the team doing the writing (and the answer may be none).
