Apologies for the noise, and thanks for catching it. This was auto-filed by mistake: I maintain a personal Chinese-translation mirror of spec-kit, and a sync automation script had a bug where its gh issue create fell back to the upstream repo instead of my own fork. I've fixed the script to always target my repo explicitly. Won't happen again — sorry for the interruption.
