Description

VSCode 1.97.2, Gitlens 16.3.0 (2025-02-19,)

  • Open folder with git repository
  • Select undocked views, so that the "Branches" view is a separate tab
  • Open a shell in parallel to VSCode
  • Do a rebase on the active branch

--> After the rebase has been completed, the "Branches" tab is stalled. You can press refresh etc, but nothing happens. Restarting VSCode solves this temporarily until the next shell based rebase.

Ok, the tab "unstalls" again after waiting some minutes.
