For all of the viewers (this includes ipyvolume, bqplot, and 1D histograms) the axes bounds cannot be changed. This
option is available in qt glue

In qt glue, the 1D Histogram axes label properties (including the label size and weight) can be changed however in
glue-jupyter this is not possible.
