gluster volume info command should also print Gluster version

99% of the bug reports have the volume info, but not the version. Adding the version there would save us the ping-pong.

I think we used to have a template which was asking folks for the version, now when I try to create a new issue, I don't see it, I wonder why. We shall check this one.
