Resize current window with the help from Autohotkey

I needed to precisely set the window size to 1440x900. Since contributing to Rust for me not so easy, I created an Autohotkey script as a solution, and it worked smoothly. To redraw we simulate a quick click-drag on window borders. Hope it helps others.
