[Bug] Focus tiling -> floating -> fullscreen doesn't focus all floating windows

Describe the bug

When I try to use this shortcut, instead of focusing all tiling windows, it only shows one of them overtop my fullscreen window.

What I'd expect it to do is minimize the fullscreen window (and floating windows), and show all tiling windows in the workspace.

Reproduction

Open 2 or more windows in tiling mode, and one window fullscreen.
Pressing Alt+Space when the tiling windows are visible activates the fullscreen window as expected.
Pressing it again then brings to front one of the tiled windows on top of the fullscreen window, leaving the rest hidden.

I also have the same bug. It does focus all the tiling windows when the left most tiling windows was focused. If not usually the left one is missing. If one tiling window was not shown, if i move focus to another window it shows up
