Decentralised collateral management for payments?

Hi all,

I didn't have another way to communicate so I thought to share it here. We've spent quite some time thinking about collaterals and how we can manage them in a decentralized manner to enable fast payments and mitigate threats.
Almost everything is documented here: https://www.ndss-symposium.org/ndss-paper/snappy-fast-on-chain-payments-with-practical-collaterals/ except for some follow up works on privacy.
