Installation broken -- cannot find MongoDB?

Trying to run build_docker.sh on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, I get the following error:

This also happens on Ubuntu 14.04, I think it's because the Docker file looks for mongo/stable. Seems fixed when I peg it to mongo/3.2
