Feature Description

maybe it's a good way to display help information for each entry instead of displaying them together in a vague manner(img 1).
some proper noun only explained on documents(e.g.Restricted users and rights management).Despite it's a good habbit to read the documents,but it‘s hard to use if users need to check the document frequently(img 2 and 3).

Well,when I hover my mouse over the radio button, I don't see the description.It just show the name of this column

when i hover my mouse over the "?"button,it will show a short help message but not specific to any particular option

That's another question.This UI going better for a bit. But it only applied on the repository setting pages,while the setting for team still using the UI in my screenshot.
Both the new and old UI have the problem I mentioned:they dont have a clear description.For example,if the access of "Issue" set to "Read" or "Anonymous Read" or "Everyone Read",does it means that Issue can only be read?In fact,no.According to the documents,the access of "Read" include"View issues and create new issues."That might cause misunderstanding.Tha's why i suggested adding a describtion for each entry.It would help users understand what each option actually allows, and reduce the need to constantly refer to the documentation.

Well,apologize for my not reading carefully and impulsiveness.But the difference between "Teams" setting and "repository" setting still exist.This will have a sense of lack connection.
