Provide full-blown examples

It hasn't been done unfortunately. I have very limited bandwidth and unassigning myself from the issue. I would be glad to review any CLs if anyone is willing to contribute.

I apologize for the self-reference, but gologin just calls through to golang/oauth2 and has tiny example sites you can run from the command line, with Google, Github, or Facebook login. Perhaps that is useful to you OP.
