Do adk-js expose esbuild options to the user via a config file.

• previously onnxruntime-node was having issue so in https://github.com/google/adk-js/pull/219 was kept outside adk run
• Now similarly I'm facing issue with ../build/Release/sharp-$ , is there a way to exclude this or Do I have to raise a BUG.
