Loaner: 8719G03U8X

Morning Team - I'm very sorry, I am creating work. I have marked the loaner device 8719G03U8X as returned - this is not true! I still have the unit and wish to extend the time I have it. However, I was not able to select any dates (all invalid) to extend the period.
Can you please advise what action I need to take.

@SteveMc912 We are unable to assist with loaner devices from other organizations. In the default configuration, we have some logic to allow reassigning the loaner after the device has continued to be used for some period of time. Additionally, if you still have the device, you can open the Grab and Go Chrome App and resume the loan directly from the device.

@SteveMc912 - best way to work around this is to ask one of your loaner admins to mark the device as returned to the shelf and then you can sign in again.

you can also suggest to your loaner person/team to extend the maximum loan period, as I'm assuming you're working mostly at home. We extended ours to 6 months.
