Device not found using device_identifier

Hello,

We've been using the loaner app for over a year with no issues and recently started running into an issue where any action we attempt to take on a device results in a "ERROR: Device could not be found using device_identifier XXX". I did confirm within the datastore entities that the device_identifiers are present/correct.

When digging into the logs, I'm seeing my attempted actions and within those actions logs I do see a "No variant found for unrecognized field: shelf". I did follow the steps outlined in issue #91, but that hasn't seemed to help.

Sorry for the delay here, @cwbobbitt are you still having issues here? What method of enrollment for assets are you using in the loaner app (both asset + serial, serial, or asset only)?

It's been a while since we enrolled, but the error message is showing the asset tag. I'm also able to see the serial number as well in the entity store.
