Don't display both One Tap and the standard Sign in with Google prompts on the same page

Bug Description

If possible, don't display the One Tap and Sign in with Google prompts on the same page.

As per the screenshot below, they both appear on the email verification page (if a user doesn't Sign in with Google and the email associated with their account is not verified)
