Update README with usage instructions and example

This PR updates the README.md to provide clear instructions on how to:

• Add swift-benchmark as a Swift Package dependency
• Build the project using Swift Package Manager
• Run example benchmarks
• Write good benchmarks with best practices

It also includes an example benchmark and sample output to help users get started quickly.
