Kerning is missing for small cap-uppercase letter classes in the Italic files

Hello, I noticed that there's no kerning set up in the kerning classes for uppercase glyphs after small cap glyphs, in the Italic (+ Bold Italic) styles only. This kerning is present in the Regular (+ Bold) style.

Italic style (no kerning):
