Wrong boundary value used for feeds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Send a feed to an application that conforms to the standard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application should be able to extract the feed document.
Instead the application is not able to extract the feed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Happens with versions up to 3.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
The GSAFeedConnector uses "<<" as the boundary for multipart feeds, which isn't 
allowed by the standard. For the allowed characters please see 
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc1341/7_2_Multipart.html
