Support synchronization2 & other extensions

This project was very useful to me recently, but it's a little out of date and doesn't recognize vkQueueSubmit2KHR (from VK_KHR_synchronization2) calls, vkCmdDrawIndexedIndirectCount (in core as of 1.2) and probably others.

There is a plan in progress to update GFR to Vulkan 1.2. I'll update here when it is done.

vkQueueSubmit2KHR is not supported though :) re-opening the issue.

@farnoy Regarding supporting VK_KHR_synchronization2, this might remain out of my priorities for GFR for some time, so feel free to pitch in if you have the bandwidth for it :)
