Release 0.9.2 brings DataStar closer

Since the original first version with some DataStar support (only GET requests) changes to Datastar would call functions previously not implemented in Gost-DOM.

0.9.2 adds support for these, as well as non-GET requests.

fetch implementation is still rudimentary, but getting better.
