Update realValues and remove log folder

Run-log-files are now contained in the realValues and testValues
directory along with the saved figures and values. Real values can
be updated individually by running rundemo with mode parameter
'test' or simply by running the corresponding test and replacing the
corresponding files in realValues folder by the ones in the
testValues folder. All real values can be replaced easily by running
all test with runtestset('all') and replacing the content of folder
realValues by the content of testValues.

The following test failed the verification before the update:

N.b. demo_modelassesment2 errored once when i tested it.
