UX: Filters and line filter #742

Currently we only show the line filter only within the Logs view, giving the impression that the filter may only be applied to logs queries.

In addition, we need to consider the use case of wanting to update a line filter and see how the breakdown data respond to that.

Idea: should we always display the line filter field?
