metrics for read path

can someone share metrics to check (queries per second) for different read path components ?

is sharding and splitting of query are included in request/sec graph of [Mimir / Reads] ?

my active series count is 1M with RF=1.
what is resource requirement for store-gateway and querier , based on link (https://grafana.com/docs/mimir/latest/manage/run-production-environment/planning-capacity/#store-gateway ) not able to plan the capacity.

As  number of request is consider as 1 as it seems it is not showing shard and split query , basically i query over week data.
let me know if I miss something

mimir version is 2.9.0 .
