POST /api/v1/push (500) 1.238785ms Response: \"DoBatch: InstancesCount <= 0\\n\" ws: false; error on distributor

Hello All,
I am facing an 500 error on distributor multiple times which i as follows:

I am not able to find put the reason behind it..sometimes with restart of distributor, ingester it gets resolved...but again comes after some days...Kindly request to help me on this.
