Network checklist

• My phone and computer are on the same Wi-Fi or LAN.
• If staying on the same network is difficult, I tried Tailscale or another reachable private network.
• I confirmed that the phone can open the Mobile: URL printed by the relay.
• I confirmed that the relay computer firewall allows inbound traffic on the relay port.
• If the printed URL was not reachable, I tried setting CODEX_RELAY_PUBLIC_URL to a reachable LAN, Tailscale, or tunnel URL.
