Add a base photo set to use during development

Branch off of develop-photo-frame and add this issue's number on the branch name

Add a set of photos (public ones) containing:
2 photos of the same family
1 photo of a person 'Señorito Felix'
1 photo of a group of 2 people (in which 'Señorito Felix' must appear)
2 photos of animals
1 photo of a city
1 photo of a country side

Add a photo_info.json file with the format f'{photo_name}':f'{uuid.uuid4()}
