feat: implement visual block network informations

Description: Display block network context, including neighbors and chain relationships. And more network information
Technical Implementation:

• Create BlockNetwork.vue component
• Display block neighbors with visual connections
• Show block flags and other information
• Display chain relationships and cross-references
• Add network topology visualization (if applicable - jesse example)
• Implement block validation status indicators

It's a nice to have, so we are leaving this for later development. I intend on using Three.js for some cool animations.
