Change major version according to JDK

First of all, congrats @harwey for this great job. I'm using this library in some of my projects.

I've encountered a problem about using cups4j in Java 7 environments. According to release versions, there is not a changelog indicating that JDK version used to release the library had changed. Maybe you should consider to change the next release version, b.e 0.8 or 1.0, to mantain the proper version with a concrete JDK implementation used.
