Restart need on reboot of RPI4

I fequently have internet and power outages where I live.

HAOS is running on a RPI4, so I use this addon to set the system time properly.
However this never works automatically. After each outage the time is off. I need to restart the addon manually before the time is set correctly. After that I need to restart the RPI otherwise my TUYA Addon is not happy.

I feels like the addon starts to quick maybe?
