The difference between httpit and oha

I am testing httpit and oha, why are requests/sec much more in httpit than in oha?

The setting isn't the same. Can you rerun the test without --disable-keepalive from oha?

I'm not quite sure what the problem is?
I am using 1000 connections and 1000 requests thus simulating 1000 threads.

How requests are distributed to connections is undetermined and may differ per implementation in such a situation.
You should increase -n or decrease -c

I don't understand why my proxy server logs still show 1000 requests and not 5000?

oha reports

[200] 5000 response

Perhaps your proxy server logs only save for recent 1000 requests.
If you suspect oha, you can dump all requests to SQLite and inspect them.
