Unexpected description updates in issues

Some old issues have a problem with unexpected description updates when opened:

One problem is that images in the content used to be stored with /files?file=8ca70f84-b5eb-4528-8c1b-b1aae2929089&size=full src attribute, but now the src attribute contains full url to the image: https://front.hc.engineering/files?workspace=platform&file=8ca70f84-b5eb-4528-8c1b-b1aae2929089&width=569
