Color of links in Community Overview widgets changes color depending on placement of widget

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to a community that has side navigation.
2. Look at a widget in the center or right column and see that the links are blue.
3. Move the widget to the left column with side navigation.

Issue: The links are no longer blue when the widget is in the left nav column.
Expected links to be the same color regardless of the column the widget is in.
