Visual Update changes break files sharebox widget

After enabling Visual update extension in news Apps Manager using the following JSON:

users are unable to share a file or folder with a person, community, or group.

The issue is due to the following CSS in the files.css:

display: none !important;

Once removed, the td that contains the search box is now visible and is functional:
