🪲 Second teacher has issues opening levels

My co-teacher in class (@averburglmc) (https://hedy.org/for-teachers/class/2003976384a84343b856976cddc011a5) reports that every time he opens a level, he gets the popup that personalization has succeeded but it has not. He can only solve this by going back and forth a few times and retrying, which is annoying. He says it happens like this every week but for me as first teacher it seems not to happen?

Would be nice if this is picked up!

Hi @Felienne, so update on this.

I've been trying to debug it and I was able to reproduce it on Alpha. I tried using the customizations there and indeed there were not saved sometimes, later on I tried locally pointing to alpha database and locally it works fine. I'll deploy a temporary branch to alpha with some logs that could help me debug what's going on there. Thanks for your patience!
