Translators in MailChimp

We have a list of translators in our MailChimp. I want to check if there is a e-mail journey for them. If so I will update this journey, if not I will create one.

There also needs to be a way to subscribe to this journey.

There should be an e-mail about the changes that we are going to make. So that the translators know what to do.

In the wiki of Hedy on Github there is a link to subscribe to the newsletter as an translator (https://github.com/hedyorg/hedy/wiki/Hedy-Translation-Tutorial) that link redirects to: https://hedy.org/subscribe

I created a label "newsletter-translators" (and newsletter-teachers) to tag PR's that are relevant for the newsletter.
