Contribution chart breaks layout on smaller devices

Hey, I randomly came across your repo while scrolling through the Explore section on GitHub — cool work!

Noticed that the GitHub contribution chart is causing the page to scroll unnecessarily on smaller screens. Might be worth adding a horizontal slider or making it responsive to improve the experience across devices.

And thanks for catching the issue, just fixed the mobile layout - the contribution chart now stays properly contained on smaller screens with a horizontal scroll for the graph area.
