Multiproject repos as well.
Is there same way to configure sbt at build phase like Procfile for execution?

This is currently supported with the sbt-heroku plugin.

For git deployment, we recommend that the sub-dir subproject be a git submodule, which can be deployed independently as a workaround. That is, until we come up with a better general purpose solution for the buildpack.
