feat: add HyperFrames skills for AI coding tools

Add compose-video, captions, transitions, media, social-media, and
typography-and-assets skills for AI coding assistants. Remove duplicated
typography/assets content from compose-video SKILL.md (now references
typography-and-assets.md). Fix captions skill to reference
--output-json-full flag matching actual whisper CLI usage.
