Feature request: Custom note file name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great if the user can define the name of the text file and the extension on the disk. Also it would be nice if it can work with regular txt files, it looks like it is searching for a header type of thing furing the start.

Describe the solution you'd like
This will help with integrating the editor with existing adhoc solutions, ie where people are using their own "scratch" notes. I have been using a note called "temporary.md" for instance.

I tried symlinking on Windows, but somehow this app delinks the symlink and breaks the connection
