SignalHandler makes separate ldap query for each host in the netgroup at startup

A netgroup in the whitelist is already expended in the DataManager and then the SignalHandler tries to expend each host in the netgroup as a netgroup again.

Fixing this might not be important any more after #15 has been fixed.
