is it possible to use DeepAccNet with protein complex?

Hi Hiranumn,

Nice project! I am trying to use DeepAccNet to score a protein complex model, however, it only scored the first chain. I wonder if it is OK to combine multiple chains into a single chain before feeding it to DeepAccNet and how reliable the results will be.

maybe you can give this pdb as a total template to af2,and predict with seq, the pae and lddt score can more accrately tell you how confident this template is, which i believe dan can not do this to a complex since it is not traning on that.(a special use for af2 which you can find on sergey ochinvkov's tweet).
