Scrolling via list doesn't work on MacOS

Describe the issue you are experiencing

I only experience it in the native Mac app: when opening a drop down and there's a list, scrolling doesn't work. It's shocking and remains with the same items. Only when the bar appears on the side of the list, I can click+hold and scroll when holding.
I do have it for a longer period of time and over multiple versions of HA or Core or MacOS.

Describe the behavior you expected

Open list and scroll up and down which is a traditional list behaviour
