View icons only shown if dashboard contains more than one view

Describe the issue you are experiencing

View icons only shown if dashboard contains more than one view

Adding a second view to the dashboard causes all views to then display the icons.

Describe the behavior you expected

Expected to see a single icon representing the single view.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Click on Edit Dashboard
2. In the menu select Manage Dashboards
3. Click Add dashboard and choose Add dashboard from scratch
4. Complete the dialog adding a title and choose an icon
5. Click Create
6. Edit the default view to define an icon and click Save
7. Click DONE to exit dashboard editing mode
8. Note that the view title is displayed, not the icon
9. Return to dashboard edit mode and add a second view (with or without icon) then exit edit mode again.
10. Note that all views with icons defined display icons.
