YAML settings page missing. #1

Hi, you're issues tab for Sly Cooper is not enabled, so I can't open an issue there and can't contact you elsewhere. Your YAML settings page is missing from "games/Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus/player-options" in your Aarchipelago branch for Sly Cooper. https://github.com/hoppel16/ArchipelagoBranchSly1
Without being able to create the file, no one can play the game with Archipelago. Can you replace the missing pages?
