Add an option to run entirely locally via k3s install

• Kubernetes is great for production. Its also simpler than compose to get running these days - a single command for k3s!
• It would be great if we had super simple instructions for using ScaleODM on a single server install (obviously advantages are lost, but this is an easier setup for many).
• We could add https://github.com/versity/versitygw to include an S3 compatible API, simply backed by the filesystem instead. It would be amazing if we can dump some images in a dir and have an S3 wrapper automatically on top for ScaleODM to read (need to investigate if its possible).
• Then install ScaleODM and run it as normal.

This would have the benefit of running alongside DroneTM easily.

The best end goal would be a simple k3s deployment script + DroneTM & ScaleODM combo deployment.
A locally deployed tool that can collect drone imagery and resiliently upload / process everything on a single machine.
