Add Ready to Pickup email Information in Assign Picker Modal

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently, our system lacks visibility regarding the ready for pickup email status of orders in the assign picker modal.

What are the acceptance criteria?

Add a "Ready to Pickup" status information within the assign picker modal. This will enable the staff to know that the customer is informed to pickup the order and order is moved to the Packed tab.

Can you complete this feature request by yourself?

Current Behavior - If tracking is not enabled from the settings and user is trying to pickup the order then a alert is generated for 'Ready to Pickup' and in case if tracking is disabled then user is prompted with picklist without any alert for 'Ready to Pickup'.

Expected Behavior - If tracking is disabled then user should receive the alert for 'Ready to Pickup' in the picklist modal itself.
