in this script, we can convert cogvideox -> diffusers. Do we have the opposite script?

Hi @foreverpiano! While we don't currently have a script for converting diffusers -> cogvideox it's certainly something we'd like to support. We'll open this to the community for now as it makes a great first issue. We could also consider a GitHub Project to track coverage of other diffusers -> X conversion scripts (cc @DN6 on that).

I noticed that issue #10076 appears to be related to the functionality
implemented in this PR, specifically converting a Diffusers/HF-format
CogVideoX checkpoint back to the original format.

However, I also noticed that @LeonxLJX has already claimed that issue and
mentioned following up with a PR.

I don't want to duplicate or interfere with that work. Could a maintainer
please advise whether this PR should be considered as an implementation of
#10076, or whether I should leave the issue to the contributor who claimed it?
